For a proper posture you should start by having a look at your chair.A comfortable chair is a must when you have to sit for 8-9 hours daily for 5-6 days in a week. Also, pay attention to your posture in regular intervals and adjust it to ensure your backbone is straight and your computer is at your eye level.
Exercising is important
People usually think that exercising is a very time-consuming task, but in reality it is not. Running and even walking is a very effective way exercise that you can do without equipment. Depending on your regime you can give 30 minutes in morning to running and 30 minutes in evening to walking. If you want to become stronger and improve your posture then you can include weightlifting in your weekly schedule.
Follow a balanced diet
A healthy diet is the keystone of a healthy lifestyle. This doesn’t mean you need to remove snacks from your diet. It only means that you need to practice conscious eating. Also, try to drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
Enough rest/sleep is vital
A sufficient amount of sleep is very important to keep the human body and mind working efficiently. But, coders usually struggle for a good night’s sleep due to project deadlines and workloads. At least 7-8 hours of sleep is must.
